JULY 11^TH MEETING MINUTES

Officers present; John Moore N1FOJ Dale Clement AF1T Don Curtis N1ZIH

1.After a round of introductions, Dale AF1T and Lee AA1YN hosted a discussion of antennas.

2.Welcome to new member Al Shuman N1FIK.

3. Field Day wrapup. Total points were 10,232. We broke even on the food. A motion was passed to give the field day site owner a $50.00 gift certificate to a local restaurant.

4. Micki read a letter from Al Marin K1CYJ.

5. A motion was made and passed to reimburse Glen N1GAQ for power grid expenses of $97.99.

6. Don N1ZIH will be heading up communications support for the Bow Rotary club bike race. The date is Sunday August 7^th at the Bow Memorial school. 8 plus operators are needed.

7. Al Shuman N1FIK is putting through paperwork for a club call for the CVRC. His will be in addition to the K1BKE call. Al Bardwell NS10 will be the trustee of the call. He is also trying to get K1DFQ assigned as the call sign.

8. Dale Clement AF1T took 1^st place in the 2005 NH QSO party for single transmitter high power.

9. A motion was passed to appropriate $100.00 for food and supplies for the club outing.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
