Business Meeting

Officers present; Shawn Upton, President Donald Curtis, Secretary

Shawn emailed Al Shuman, N1FIK re; October presentation.

Lee suggested that we invite Al to the August cookout.

Tom Matisko has informed Rob about the CAARES presentation at the Oct. meeting.

Assets; A discussion took place on getting all the club assets in a central location.

Shawn will send an email to the membership to see who has what.

Rob Hoyt would like a ham station at Camp Carpenter for the JOTA in October. Lee Scott will check into the exact date.

John Moore KB1CSI mentioned the possibility of another joint CAARES ARC and CFD drill in October.

Lee,s cookout Bring swimwear There will be an outside operating station. Lee will pick up meats condiments,etc. Members are asked to bring salads,chips, dips,drinks etc.Raindate will be August 17^th.

Jerry brought a copy of the field day submission. We scored 9,006 points.

We need the club tent and banner for the America’s Night Out Against Crime. The date is August 6^th,2002 at 4:00 pm.
